So I just saw a House ad for the new season opener. It's kind of odd. It was promising, you know? Wilson was there, and there was some pseudo-UST, and there was drama, and all that, but...

...since we got told definitively that Wilson and House are not even being considered for itemhood, and all hints to the effect were just for shits and giggles, I just can't bring myself to care about the show anymore. It's not so much that I'm so intent on them being together that I'm incapable of considering any other alternatives, but the idea that Wilson isn't even being interviewed for the position, despite being superbly qualified, is pretty much the ultimate turnoff.

It's actually kind of amazing how boring House got once that bit of mystery and possibility went out of it. Suddenly it was just another male fantasy-fulfillment show with dozens of perky tits bouncing around an overdone male lead, scrambling over each other to climb into his sexily crippled lap. With some bogus medicine mixed in.
